After years of requests we're finally doing it. Introducing Boombalatti's Ice Cream Cakes. Our Birthday Cake Ice Cream Cake is a pretty amazing way to celebrate a birthday. Or any other day, honestly. Look, if you want to grab one of these just to celebrate making it through another Monday, we're not going to stop you.
We start with a base layer of graham cracker and then two layers of our Birthday Cake ice cream. And in between those two layers? A layer of rainbow sprinkles, of course. Our smaller cake is 6" round, nearly four inches tall and will feed 6-10 people.
Our larger cake is 8" round, nearly four inches tall and will feed 10-14 people.
